Privacy Policy
01 What we collect
When you purchase or inquire about a Service, we may collect: your name, email address, and any material you provide for the engagement (for example, a specification file). Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor — we do not receive or store full card numbers.
02 How we use it
We use this information to: deliver the Service you purchased, communicate with you about your order, process payment, and comply with legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal data.
03 Third parties we share data with
We share the minimum data necessary with:
- Payment processor (currently Stripe, in test mode during our current validation phase — see Terms) — to process payment.
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery for this site and our offer pages.
- Any subprocessor required to actually perform the purchased Service (for example, a linting/validation tool run against material you provide).
04 Data retention
We retain order and delivery records for as long as needed to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations, and to support any revision included with your Service. Material you provide for a specific engagement (for example, a specification file) is retained only as long as needed to deliver that engagement and its included revision, then deleted unless you ask us to retain it longer.
05 Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact info@appricode.tr to make a request.
06 Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies set by our payment processor during checkout are governed by that processor's own privacy policy.
07 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase or inquiry governs how that data is handled.
08 Contact
Questions about this policy or a data request: info@appricode.tr.
