Refund Policy

Last updated: 26 July 2026 · Draft pending legal review — see note at bottom.

01 Before work begins

If we determine during pre-qualification that your input does not meet the stated eligibility criteria for a Service, and no work has started, you will receive a full refund.

02 Once work has started

Each Service is sold with a fixed effort/time cap stated on its offer page (for example, "work stops at 3 hours"). Reaching that cap without full completion of every item in scope is an expected, disclosed outcome — not a failure that triggers an automatic refund. In that case you receive everything completed up to the cap, a written note of what remains, and any residual items handed back for your own resolution, as described in our Terms.

03 When a refund does apply

We will refund a Service, in whole or in part, if:

Refund requests should be sent to info@appricode.tr within 14 days of delivery, describing the specific mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered.

04 What we do not refund

We do not refund a completed, in-scope delivery because the underlying problem persists outside the stated scope, because you no longer need the Service, or because the effort cap was reached before every item was resolved (see Section 2). We also do not offer an "everything green" or automatic-completion guarantee — the scope stated on the offer page is the only guarantee that applies.

05 How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
