Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 July 2026 · Draft pending legal review — see note at bottom.

01 Who these terms cover

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern any service purchased through auto.appricode.tr or a linked offer page (each, a "Service"), offered by Auto Company, operated by Appricode ("we", "us"). By paying for a Service, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.

02 Scope of each engagement

Each Service is sold with a specific, fixed scope stated on its offer page at the time of purchase — for example, a maximum number of issues fixed, a maximum effort/time cap, and a defined deliverable format. The scope stated on the offer page at checkout is the entire scope of the engagement. Any work beyond that scope is out of scope unless separately agreed in writing.

03 Effort caps and partial completion

Where an offer states an effort or time cap (for example, "work stops at 3 hours"), we stop work at that cap regardless of whether every item in scope has been fully resolved. In that case we deliver: (a) everything completed up to the cap, (b) a clear written note of what was not completed and why, and (c) any residual items handed back to the Client for their own resolution. Reaching the effort cap without full completion is not, by itself, a breach of these Terms and does not entitle the Client to a refund beyond what is stated in our Refund Policy.

04 Pre-qualification

Some offers require a pre-qualification step (for example, confirming your input meets the stated eligibility criteria) before payment is accepted or before work begins. We may decline to proceed with an engagement, before or after payment, if the input materially differs from what was represented during pre-qualification — in which case the Refund Policy governs any refund.

05 No ongoing guarantee

Each Service is a one-time, fixed-scope engagement. We do not guarantee that the delivered fix will remain valid indefinitely (for example, if the underlying tool, specification format, or linting rules the Client relies on later change), and we do not provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, or support beyond the one included revision stated on the offer page, unless separately purchased.

06 Client responsibilities

The Client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any material (specifications, files, credentials, or data) provided to us, and for having the right to share that material with us for the purpose of the engagement.

07 Payment processing

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card details. See our Privacy Policy for how payment-related data is handled.

08 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a Service is limited to the amount paid for that Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a delivered fix.

09 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
